I can help. 1) What’s the best callback number in case we get disconnected? 2) What’s the service address (street + city)? 3) What’s happening right now (active leak/flooding, sewage, no water, other)? 4) Is water currently running or causing damage? If this meets emergency criteria, I’m going to transfer you to the on-call plumber now. If not, I can schedule the next available appointment window.

Transfer failover (don’t skip this)

If the on-call transfer doesn’t connect, fall back to voicemail capture and send an SMS alert to dispatch so the lead isn’t lost.
